The Process

Websites

1. The Brief

You’ll speak with Paul Peterson (Project manager and design consultant) who will ask the right questions to uncover the truth about your project and exactly what it is you’re trying to achieve. Some of these questions may seem a little uncomfortable. In fact, if it doesn’t get a little awkward, then chances are we haven’t done our job.

2. Site Map
Once we have all the information we need, we’ll build a visual sitemap so we can all get on the same page very quickly about what it is we’re trying to communicate and the best way to structure the information. Here’s an example.

3. The Design
The fun begins during the design stage because we get to bring your website to life to match your brand identity.

4. The Prototype
We’ll build an interactive prototype in the browser to show you how the solution works.

5. The Delivery
Finally, we go underground for a couple of weeks and make sure everything is plugged in and tested before deploying your shiny new website to your hosting server so you can show it off to the whole world.

Branding

1. The Brief

We learn about your business goals and where you’re headed. You’ll speak with Paul Peterson (Project manager and design consultant) who will ask questions and get to the core of what your business needs are. This will set the stage for everything we do together to make your project a success.

2. Research & Discovery
With a firm understanding of the brief and results you need, we do in-depth research. The deliverable at this phase is a project brief that outlines the design production plan to achieve your goals.

3. Concepts
We design concepts based on the research and brief you provide. We present these concepts to you for proofing.

4. Production
We make changes to the design based on your feedback. We send revised copies (Were applicable) and we communicate until the goals are achieved.

5. The Delivery
Once we are all 100% satisfied the project goals have been achieved. We send all the relevant files to you.
